RARE Learning Early Achiever's Preschool Program is a Texas State Licensed academic preschool program, catering to 3-5-year-olds & operating in partnership with the Islamic Center of Frisco (ICF) since 2018. We offer flexible schedules, affordable tuition, and a personalized curriculum for reading, math, and science lessons. Additionally, we incorporate Islamic and Arabic education in a way that makes it fun for our students.

Frequently Asked Questions
The registration fee includes the Registration & supply fee for the student for the entire school
year.
The registration fee applies until May 2026. If you join between now and December 2025, the full
registration fee is required. However, if you join in January 2026 or later, you will still pay the full
fee, but $200 of that amount will be credited towards the following year's registration.
Our program offers personalized preschool instruction, faith-based content, and a unique
learning environment within an Islamic center. We focus on building a child's academic skills,
character, and familiarity with their faith, setting us apart from other preschool programs.
